2024 Dandelion Study
Herbalists know Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) to be a bitter tonic used for supporting digestion, as well as one of the most versatile and accessible healing plants in your garden (or sidewalk!)
However, most non-herbalists consider dandelion to be a weedy nuisance that doesn't have much use...
...with 2oz of dandelion root extract from Oshala Farm + Five Flavors Herbs and access to People Science's Chloe app, we can change that.

We're collaborating with People Science, a participatory research group, to enhance and increase research on applied use of herbal medicine products.
For our 2024 study, we are focusing on a hydro-ethanolic extract (tincture) of Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) to understand its effect on the digestive tract and mood.
We're also collaborating with two well respected herbal medicine companies who are dedicated to sustainability, equity, and efficacious herbal medicine. Oshala Farm will be supplying the organic dandelion root grown on their farm and extracted by Five Flavors Herbs.
Limited spaces available. This study is made possible by donations from participants. You can be part of advancing herbal medicine research by supporting citizen science.
Gain exclusive access to People Science's app and a free 2oz tincture so that you can track and see your personal results with dandelion root come to life.
For 2 weeks, you'll self report
your experience taking dandelion root extract.
Using People Science's Chloe App, you'll establish your baseline and then track your response to dandelion root, specifically monitoring gut health and mood.

Citizen science research does not exist in herbal medicine - we're dedicated to changing that.
This is a not-for-profit, community-led project with the aim of advancing citizen research for herbal medicines. The study itself is randomized & controlled with data aggregated by People Science's team of trusted researchers, scientists, and statisticians.
