This 9-month online certification program is crafted for plant-curious beginners who wish to provide for themselves and their communities using common kitchen spices and herbal medicines.

Classes occur one weekend a month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT and one weeknight a month from 5 to 6 p.m. PT, February through November, excluding national holidays.
